Terms and Conditions for Supsis Live Support & Chatbot Systems

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Supsis Live Support & Chatbot Systems (“Supsis”), provided by Softcand Yazilim Hizmetleri A.S. (“Softcand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Supsis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use Supsis.

1. Use of Supsis

1.1. License: Subject to compliance with these Terms, Softcand grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Supsis for your internal business purposes.

1.2. Restrictions: You agree not to:

(a) Use Supsis for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

(b) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any portion of Supsis.

(c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Supsis or its related systems or networks.

(d) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Supsis.

(e) Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform Supsis or any content therein.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Registration: To access certain features of Supsis, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Softcand immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: Supsis and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by Softcand or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2. Feedback: If you provide Softcand with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Supsis, you grant Softcand a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into Supsis without any obligation to you.

4. Privacy

Softcand’s collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Supsis, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

Softcand may terminate or suspend your access to Supsis immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Supsis will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Supsis is provided “as is” and “as available” without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Softcand disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Softcand be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of Supsis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

Softcand reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
